Got a steady 1.5Mb to 1.75Mb at home (cable), and 4.5Mb at the server (OC-3).
It only stalled once, but I don't believe it was your side--the server's network
has been freaking out every once in a while recently...
I'd say increase it if you can spare the bandwidth. There's a lot of people out
there that need it :)
