mp_teamplay and tk'in

Guys,

I'm switching my servers over to friendly fire, and I remember there was a
java calculator that was floating around that figured out the value of this
srv var..

Currently I have it (mp_teamplay) at 11 (ff on) but would like to do mirror
damage etc, is there any good links to this calculator anymore?  The ones
on google and UA area dead.
