No, I don't. I think Valve has done a great job thus
far. I am experiencing very few problems aside from a
noxious HLDS server crash issue that I have had for a
long time that I can't even pin on Valve. Might be
DOD...might be RedHat...might be my memory
manufacturer.
Based on the amount of money that I pay for support to
Valve, and based on the amount they charge me for the
right to run the server and based on the amount they
charge me to run mods not written by them....I think
they are doing a superlative job.
I am hip high in the software business and I can tell
you they are doing a good job based on what they
charge. But don't worry, I am sure Valve would be
more than happy to write you a support contract with
24x7 support and hot fixes for bugs.
