Did you not read the license agreement?  Once CD, Once KEY, ONE PC!!
Software isn't something you can "share", EACH installation needs to be
licensed.  EACH!  Doesn't matter if BOTH pc's sit right next to eachother,
EACH install needs it's own license.

And to awnser your questions, Yes, and Yes.  Yes you should buy another copy
to install it on another PC.  Yes you are a software pirate for installing
it on 2 pc's with the same key, breaking the license agreement.

Sure it's your CD key, you have every right to use it on YOUR computer.  Not
yours, and who ever else you feel like sharing it with... d'oh, yeah, that
was in the license agreement too...

Yes, stand alone Retail CS comes with a cdkey.
