What so your saying, just for me and my
nephew to play halflife we should buy another copy? and you
say im a software pirate because i took my READ " BOUGHT " halflife copy
that i got when IT FIRST CAME OUT ALL THOSE YEARS AGO and installed it
on my nephews pc which is literally 30 centre metres from my pc on my desk,
then i proceeded to use MY BOUGHT CD KEY to allow me and him to play
ONLINE..
i dont see any problem with what we WERE
doing.. its my cd key.. i payed for it.. and why shouldnt i be able to
share it with my own blood and kin?
i totally disagree with your attitudes towards
this, but one thing you have got right.. im going to have to go and buy
another copy of halflife just so he can continue playing with me
.. sigh.
QUESTION: does the stand alone retail
counter strike come with a cd key? it must do surely i know its a silly
question, im just checking..

So
you don't like the fact that you haveto spend $29.99 for another cdkey? or
did they also turn back on the one IP at a time thing as well? If its the
first, buy another key. If its the second, I guess we are all
SOL.
looks like valve has re implemented banning
(no sharing) of cd keys.. damnit i hate it when you do this.. me and
my nephew have both our pc's connected to my cable modem connection so we
can both play, and now look what happens. they re enable this
(excuse my language) B*LL SH*T!!!
this is seriously annoying...
