Those are CS-specifric commands taht are contained in the CS plugin for Admin Mod. You probably have not enabled the plugin for CS in admin mod. Enable it and the commands should be made available. See the Admin Mod manual, configuring plugin.ini section for more info. Even if you have the appropriate access level, the command still has to be made available to admin mod in that way.
