Does anyone have stable 4.1.0.8 Server CS 1.3??

Repeated server crashes and drops.  Vanilla install, AdminMod (MetaMod
update), no scripts, bots or Punkbuster.

What happened with the HLDS and CS Patches to kill availability?  Worked
well before upgrades.

Taking the 'dedicated' out of my server.
