It depends. Are you running low on memory? Excessive paging *might* cause an error like that. Bad memory could cause it...but I doubt it.
Every time you start and stop the servers, they will more than likely occupy different physical memory locations. Thus, if you truly had defective memory, problems should show up with the other 2 mods as well. Is it only Cstrike that has the problem?
