The error message you receive also generates debugging logs.  You should
send the Dr Watson logs to Vavle.  The files can be found here:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\DrWatson\

There will be 2 files.  drwtsn32.log and user.dmp.  Zip the 2 files up, and
send them to Valve.  This may help them find the problem.
