Ever since I did the upgrade I have been getting complaints from my modem and some dsl members that they are getting choked off, and getting stutters, lock ups and CL_FlushEntity Packet and connection problem errors. What is up??? I am using the same server cfg as before and have juggled the maxrate and minrate to no avail....Am I missing something or what?? Is something diff in the new patch?? I am running HL DM Phineas Bot servers on dsl lines........never had these problems before the changover.
