Hi all. I just got my SDSL 1.1mb/1.1mb line from speakeasy, and wanted to know is it possible to set up a dual server running two instances of CS on different IPs. I have 4 static IPs that I can use. Now, if I set up the server using +ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx can I access the servers thru a lan? I already have the servers set up and running but under one IP with ports 27015 and 27016, plus I can see the servers on LAN. Now I want to set up each CS Server with its own IP using port 27015 for each server and still be able to access it thru LAN. Is this possible?
I currently have 2 cs servers running with a max of 12 players for each. The SDSL speed is 950/965. System is: PIII 800/512mb ram/20 Gb HD/W2K Pro SP2/2 nics 1)LAN network 2)ISP nic that has 2 IPs set up. Only things running are the 2 CS servers, Webserver for Stats and HLTV. I also wanna give VALVE kudos for coming out with a patch for HL1108. After installing the patch 3 days ago, my servers have not crashed, unlike with the first time with 1108...damn servers kept crashing.
