a way to check if ogc is being used on your mod is to simply try and get the address of another HUD_AddEntity or something, and check if it gives you the same address...
 
but how to stop the patched hw.dll's which load a different dll, basicly the wrappers, just check who loaded the client.dll if it wasn't one that is from hl/cs then they are probley using a wrapped dll
 
i've got other cheat protection methods that could be used, but email me stright on to get them :D hehe(/me spends to much time in the evil community)

Hey, thanks for the url.  I found a bunch more cool cheats I did not have before.  Odd thing though.  I installed(if you can call it that) OGC, and under regular hldm, I cannot get it to work for more than 10-15 mins.
 
I was gonna add some detection routines to my mod for this one, but it looks like something else in the mod might have already broken it??
