First of all, make sure you've put in the line "rcon_password X" in your
server.cfg, situated in your mod-directory. (offcourse without the
"")Instead of an X, type your password there.
Next, when you're in-game, type in the console: rcon_password X. (again the
X should be your password, D�H!)
Now, everytime you try to take an admin-action, first type rcon before it.
Like: "rcon kick yomomma". Rcon for "remote-control", kick being your
action, and yomomma the name of the player.
(If this works, ignore the rest)
If your answer to this is: D�H!! I already know this! And it still isn't
working, you're probably running a dedicated server AND an client game on
the same computer. And so, you've given the dedicated another port number
(like: port 27016). This is a little trickier.
I reckomend you visit: http://server.counter-strike.net/howto.html for this
(and any other server-related problem).
