I personally like halfStats (www.halfstats.com) - been using that on my server for quite a long time. Runs off of Perl, you can easily setup multiple instances of halfstats to pull stats off of multiple ports in 'real time' (hello task scheduler and .cmd scripts :-P ) and the output is easily customizable. Not saying its the best or the worst (and I've tried quite a few) but it works for me and I like what I can do with the output.
I'd recommend setting up a handful of stats programs and have them each process the same log files... will take some time but that way you'll get a good idea of which ones are the most accurate, have the output you like and which is easiest for you to handle/maintain.
