Actually, it is just a bind. If someone types "bind <key> spectate" and then walks to the wall and hits that key, it gives that appearance. It is not a cheat in any way, and as a matter of fact it wipes their score back to zero and leaves their deaths! LOL! I used to do this bind all the time, but that was about 9 or more months ago.... seems we all got bored of it.
