Yeah, apparently my service has been bought out by AT&T recently. I have had alot of problems with their email servers, so I have pretty much dumped them for some online free accounts. The rest of the stuff is pretty good for the most part. Yeah they cap your upload but if they gave everyone full speed up and down then what would be the point of purchasing a T-1? DSL reports says I get 2mbit down and 275k up. Some people pay alot of money for 2mbit each way.
