The players in our server are not receiving each other's sprays when they play in our server. The only one's who can see the other players' custom sprays are those who have played together on other servers (thereby downloading it through that server). I have the server's cvars for uploading and downloading set to 1. I even deleted the server's custom.hpk file but no luck. Can someone give me a checklist with the related cvars etc? CS 1.6 with adminmod and the standard CS plugins that come with adminmod. When I enter the server with other players there, I get the "unable to download customization file" type error in console and so do other players.
