There is an older tool called Cheaterlog, that takes Screenshots ingame an send it as an jpg to the cheaterlogserver. It needs the rigth to execute Programs at an Server(must not be the same as the hlds-server). Some players seem to have little lags while uploading pics(less then one sec) due to other programs running that claim bandbright. I made a little text in german and english(just read the blue one...and sorry, my englisch is not really good) with more informations about cheaterlog here http://parabellum.s1.cybton.com/CL.html and just put it on an free webspace of me. I used the tool the last 6 weeks on one of my servers(linux dedi) and it was running at everyone, who used the manual. But due to the low acceptance of this tool(with just some servers running it) I just stopped it last week, because get empty more and more. Para
