good idea.

when server updaterate is set default, u wouldn't benefit and if it was
set at 101 like for a lan, u would get choke :)
so in any case changing it is bad, imo.

Do they specify a sv_maxupdaterate in the config? If so I have seen that
with that set at 100 and my cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate at 101 I get
choke.
