You may be able to stop the "ok" box if it is a "Dr. Watson" message. That way a server monitor tool can restart your server.
To open Dr. Watson, click Start, and then click Run. In the Open box, type drwtsn32. Then uncheck "visual notification". Sorry, I don't know about the errors.
