Looks very interesting - I'm in the middle of a C# project that requires
this functionality and will give this a try rather than write my own.
The "GSN .NET Gaming Library" described on your website is also of
interest - any idea when you will make a release?

Steve

Just a shameless plug for my recently released open source project for
listening for, and parsing half life logs.

The url is:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/gsnhllog/

homepage:

http://gaming.sloppycode.net <http://gaming.sloppycode.net/>

It's written c#  (.net) so it's useable by vb.net,c#,c++, python,delphi
etc. and obviously comes with full source, including 2 test projects,
one an example of using it with irc. It currently only supports Counter
Strike events, but other mods will come soon. With the recently released
beta of the Mono project (.net for non windows platforms), this also
makes it useable on linux and bsd platforms.

I realise there is a very good PHP version version - HL Stats - who
infact came up with the logging protocol. This class library is for dot
net developers who want a library to process their logs.

It's a good api for doing things like irc scorebots, server stats, rcon
attempts or even a form of IRC chat stats. With luck, perhaps some
people will use it to implement a stats package for asp.net with Access
or mySQL as the data store
