Well, i think i have this problem too. But the interesting thing is, if the server is not listed, there would be no activity on the server, but in my server, theres a lot of activity, never goes empty, never. I am behind a router too. Not a firewall. The problem that i am aware of with my server, is the port. It is a random port, 50011 i think it is now. I have forwarded the port from my Modem and from my router, 27015 that is. And the port is still the same. I dont know if i have to restart my computer though. I didnt.
