1. Make sure you are logged in with admin privileges. 2. Make sure HLDSUpdatetool is in the c:\hlserver folder (or wherever the server is) and not on your desktop or temporary file area.
3. just click on HLDSUpdatetool with no commandline arguments and it will self-update to the latest version. 4. Then do account creates and updates to your MODs. 5.
