Thanks for that Alfred more bandwidth is always good but Im
curious, going from the information available there doesn't seem
to be an issue with the amount of bandwidth. Is there something
the steam status page isn't telling us e.g. filtering on the two major
UK ISP is "very" restrictive i.e. local only? If so it would be
good to see an addition to the "filtered" tag of "local" or "isp".

Also what can be done to steam to help this bad connection
issue? It seems to remember the connection it was using in the
.blob file, while I can see the use for this when you get connected
to a bad server the only way to correct it atm seems to be to
delete the .blob. A small download test done in parallel to likely
servers would seem to be a good starting point.
