That is true.. and your right that the press and the public will likely not understand that. Sh1t happens and i fully understand the situation as being in the field I've had to deal with these type of things. What exaserbates the issue however, is that it takes 15\16 hours for Valve to mention anything definative. That just dumb, cause the 10 minutes it would have taken to let folks know something official would have saved alot of angst amoung it's customers,potential customers, and hedged off some negative press accounts.
