Jon, use one hl2server (for now) to send rcon commands
to the other hl2server, they know their own protocols.

rcon_address : 0 : :

Well yeah, but how do I send that to the server if I don't have anything to
do rcon commands on? The srcds just tells me "Unable to connect to remote
server"

So how do I rcon a CS:S server without having CS:S? That's the real
question.
