Yeah, I tried to download over and over again...
I found a small solution... I needed to download steam.dll, so I just copied and pasted the one from my steam folder into the C:\HLServer folder
Works pretty good :P

Retry the download over and over until it actually works -- it will resume where it was at (filewise). I've been trying to download a fresh copy of the hlds for the past 3 hours and it keeps giving me connection resets :(
