Ya. Our customers with either WC3, SuperHero Mod, or 24/7 Iceworld/Scoutzknivez are the only ones retaining players. Everyone else is empty or scrimmaging. It has been this way for a long time. You need to just get a good admin staff, anti-cheat software, Steambans.com, and don't kick people for being good. People will add you to their favorites and that is how you get traffic. You'll get a chance to start off clean when CS: Source comes out. The first servers out there with a good admin staff will be the popular ones.
