I can't see it been case of you not getting on the list even though your server pings at some 300 for me I always see it here in the UK. An old timer returned with a server and this has shifted players about a little, I noticed it as well with my server loosing players during certain times of the day. I concluded that for some reason no one could see it, probably because it was no longer on the list. Restarting it caused it to be on the list again, or listed in such a manner that people could find it.
