Dude, if its a Windows box (2K, XP Pro or 2003) use ipsec or the
router to only allow access from specific subnet(s)

If you have a Linux Box the same result is just as easily achieveable,
but you would have to talk to a Linux expert about which was the
easiest/best method.

An AMX Plugin seems like a very complicated method to solve a simple problem.
