It happened while I was playing on one of my servers.  My client locked
up.  Actually my whole damn machine locked up.  I looked at hlsw on my
other machine and still saw all the other clients connected (didn't
check to see if I was still there).  Then they all disappeared.

I'm waiting for it to happen again.

Yeah I just had to restart one of my servers as well. It *looks* like
the last
exploit (malformed rcon command that would hang the server and peg the
CPU at
100%) however this time cpu usage doesnt skyrocket, and in the console
you can
see all of the players drop via timing out, all at the same time almost.
