yea type cvarlist in your console, there's comments with 60% of the commands, and all the commands you'll need to use as a server operator are commented (the others are for developing stuff)

The characterset in Half-Life 1 seems to be perfect for nicknames. I can understand if you require extended character support for languages other than English or a variety of other purposes, but they have no place in nicknames, and it's hard to police them (that and there are a few "issues" popping up with the included characters [including %]).
So yeah, using unicode for support was a really neat idea, it's just getting abused by a lot of tards around, so it'd be nice if there was a way to block it built-in to Half-Life 2 rather than us having to wait for metamod or Alfred's mod to create plugins to block them :/
