In the clients userconfig.cfg
setinfo _pw "password"
Any client connecting with that name will be kicked unless they have
that password. In effect, this takes care of both the above questions.
P.S. Does anyone know of a tool to modify the csstats file?
Currently there is no way. If you want to purge a user from the stats
that feature is coming (maybe in the next version).
