I start a Valve server. Within minutes it's on the Steam server list. I stop it and start a OP4 server on the same box with same configs. It never appears on the Steam server list. Both are on the master list, both can be seen from GameSpy, etc. Why? Is OP4 borked? Did valve ban my server from their lists? I'm struggling to understand why this is happening, and still no clues. I've switched out routers, I've reinstalled hlds (which was a waste of time), I run the servers with same configs on same port. I'm to the point of just pulling the plug and moving on to something else.
What additional trouble shooting steps can I take? I'm not the only one running servers that do not appear on Steams list, but do appear on others.
