Dam things gone and broken itself again. Even though it went
to 100% after following the instructions on that thread its now
back at 88% and just sitting their doing nothing.
This really needs to be fixed.

Basically the solution is to quit Steam and delete "counter-strike
source shared content.gcf". You'll drop 10% of the preload, but will
continue past the 69% mark...
