mm, I've had this link around for a while from HL1, if you don't understand exactly what choke is (like most, they just whinge when they get it), it's useful. Choke explaination: http://forums.unitedadmins.com/index.php?&act=ST&f=166&t=37231
Might want to check the client and server netcode settings :o
