You would think we have enough problems as it is without doing
something as stupid as running a 32 player or 40 player server with
only 2.4KB/s allowed per client.

Its statments like that, which make you wonder just how much "TESTING"
Valve actually do.

A maxrate of 2.4KB/s is as about as dumb as a mp_roundlimit of 8 on a
mp_timelimit 30 server!

But hey, you keep swallowing every piece of BS that Valve feed you
without question, whatever works for you. Because who am I to disuade
you from your own stupidity? :)
