TJ,you have probably already tried this but,have you changed video drivers to newer ones yet?You may need to do that.Or it could be as simple as you have a corrupt .gcf file.Try deleting and redownloading the game again and see if that clears up any issues.I can honestly say this is the first I've heard of this......sounds like a corrupt game to me.

HL2 Question, don't know if this is the right place, but here goes. I'm playing, loving life etc. When I'm racing the pontoon boat all sorts of wierdness starts.

I'm running a Dell Optiplex GX280, P43.6, 1Gig Ram, x300 Video card.
