Chances are there will be very soon, if they don't already exist privately. There's no VAC support.

I swear that I've seen some form of aimbot in use on CS:source as well... Players just popping off like crazy with AWP and other guns as well.. So I think there are more cheats operating than just speed and wall hacks.

Turn HLGuards wall hack block on. It will not detect the wall hack it just blocks the info from going to the client making the wall hack pretty much useless. Also disable footsteps for additional protection.

Don't know about speedhacks, haven't tried it yet on a dedicated server but Wallhacks do work. I set up a dedicated cs1.6 server for me and a friend with VAC enabled and HLGuard. My friend was using latest wallhack. We played for more than 1 hour and there was no detection or warning.
