I have done a simple plugin with equivalentes of: admin_kick admin_ban admin_say admin_slay (with sound and particle fx! :D)
and with reserved slots based on ip. (Afterall, I need to play on my server when I want :P)
So far it appears to be running well.
I can upload linux/windows binaries somewhere, if you want.
