I appreciate the comments Ian. What we have found out through other means is that we have to use a clock.avi file in WMP to cause the media clock to not time the hlds instance out (sleep it). With this trick and sys_ticrate adjusted to 200 we are putting out about 170 fps now on each server.
I was just hoping someone could tell me some actual win2k3 configuration/registry settings that would bypass the 64fps lock w/out having to load WMP or clock.avi.
