My bet is that my DI-624 and your DI-614+ are suffering from the same issue,
the "latest D-LINK firmware". Unless I missed it in the thread, I'll bet
you have an up-to-date firmware rev, and I'll bet you and I need to bitch to
D-Link and ask them WTF.

Give 'em Hell. I'd go there but, I dont have the time right now to sit on
the phone for an hour.

Just use advanced -> virtual server to set up maps for them
then activated them.
e.g.:
Name: CS Source Server 1
Private IP: <your internal IP>
Protocol Type: Both
Private Port: 27015
Protocol Type: Both
Public Port: 27015
Schedule: Always

Name: CS Source Server 2
Private IP: <your internal IP>
Protocol Type: Both
Private Port: 27016
Protocol Type: Both
Public Port: 27016
Schedule: Always

Details based on DI-624:
Firmware Version: 1.31 , Tue, 25 Mar 2004
