we are currently running SAP mod but I don't think it is really mature yet as several commands like vote_kick and vote_map as well as admin_tsay (center screen announce) are not done yet the rest of the commands work and it isfairly good.
I use 0.6e and it seems super stable for me. I haven't really had any issues at all. It is basic, but it works. He's working on something though which looks much juicier now though:
