Try working with all the game companies like I do and do a comparison. Valve would come very near the top in the support they give. If you want an example of a truly terrible company when it comes to the support of their published games then you have to look no further than EA.

While I understand your point i didnt think valve created the game counterstrike. They created half life but i thought someone else wrote the original mod. Anyone know? Richy

Yeah thats true, i mean alfred still replys to a huge amount of posts on here and is always updating or fixing something. Very good tbh. On the whole I dont think counterstrike could have come anywhere near as far as it has without there investment and foresight. A lot of people moan about the cheating side (myself included) but its not valve that are writing the cheats and they have done loads to try and stop it. Taking sites to court for hosting them etc.
Good Job Valve and cliff also for a gr8 idea
