The mods I'm running: StatsMme v2.8.0.15, AMX v0.9.9, MetaMod v1.17.1 and WebMod 0.47.
Going to disable them tomorrow morning and see if it helps to get a clean banned.cfg file.
Haven't tried that before, so sounds like a good idea!

You might also check what additional mods you are running on the server, they may be doing something odd.
