Im using 512 k ADSL the server is on 100mbit link its hosted from a proper hosting company. Its odd because quite a few servers do ping correctly on the first refresh its just odd that mine and quite a few 1000 others ping wrongly.
Obviously it affects usage of the server because no one will join a high pinging server.
