Hm, perhaps it's a bug then where they shouldn't be looking for the files in the first place if uploads are disabled.
I saw Mr. Reynolds reply with the same info you did List Keeper.
Mr. Reynolds, is there a file that can be purged from old spray-tags if SV_ALLOWUPLOAD is set to 0 and I am still seeing the attempt to pull the DAT files? Could I have created an issue by deleting the downloads/ directory all together?
