Yeah just to confirm getting this on both Windows and Linux. Typically
we restart servers every day anyway so dont notice, but checked a
couple that hadn't since last update a few days back, one was running
at 16fps! Other at 32fps, ones that are on the daily restarts all
running as set (so have been ok for about 12+ hrs).
