I'd rather leave Big Brother out of this, and keep it a battle of
intellect, not law.

I despise cheaters, but I am against any law that restricts what people
do with their computer.

and then performs any form of unauthorized dissassemby or memory

running code, is subject not only to civil litigation but also subject
to criminal prosecution?

I would like to see the market for cheats dry up. And dry up it would if
a few thousand fools went to jail and/or lost a bunch of money for using
"downloaded skillz".
the cheat authors would look elsewhere for the positive attention they
did not receive from loving parents as a child.
