Only other mod I can think of I have that has additional models would be chickenmod but I already disabled it too and it still crashes.Maybe I need to go back and look through my server plugins and find out what else loads addition models.

Do you have other pack of models or anything like that. I am saying because i struggle with these issue before and it only has to do with a cache limit as the message says. Something you have plus the map you install is exceding this limit and you got find out what it is.
